Thanks for the responses. Some of you requested sample job descriptions; here you go. We'd appreciate any data you can provide.
There is a different one for each area of consulting, however, they do pretty much the same tasks. I'm including the Youth Services Consultant job description. We have a Distance Learning, Library management , Library Technology, Digital Inclusion, and Equity and Inclusion Consultant positions.
