[lstac] Question about Risk assessment tools

Good Morning from California!

The CA State Library, Library Development Services team would like to know if anyone has a risk assessment tool that they use to assess risk among grantees, for the purpose of grantmaking?

If so, would they be willing to share their tool (spreadsheet, etc.) with us?
