Sorry for being super late to the game in responding, I’ve been on vacation!  Rhode Island uses primarily state funds for statewide databases (approximately $800,000).  Historically, we have used between $100,000 - $200,000 in additional LSTA funding, but for the past two years we have been able to fund our databases almost exclusively through the state funds.
