A few of our CIPA compliant libraries have bought these to address a lack of devices. They meet NV goal: "Build capacity of libraries to meet evolving information access needs."
Staff quite like them and they will account for a fair amount of funds (you'd need equipment over $5,000 approval): https://www.envisionware.com/tablet-station-powered-by-hublet/
There's an ipad version, too, for significantly more $

Howdy, fellow LSTA coordinators.
I'm wondering if you all could share any projects you funded with ARPA funds that were quick and easy to do and had a large impact (on your libraries and the amount of funds).
We're find ourselves with more leftover funds than we thought and are seeking different project ideas.
Thanks in advance.
