[lstac] Database content challenges

Hello Everyone,

Seeing the thread regarding statewide resources funding prompted a thought
regarding challenges to the content of those resources.  West Virginia has
not had a content challenge yet, but I would like to prepare.  Just in
case.  Has anyone had the content of the statewide resources challenged?
How did you handle it?
