Maura, we have a statewide resource sharing system with delivery - not quite the same as you. And for another wrinkle - delivery is paid by the members. But I break up the non-training aspects like this

Overall Project - MeLCat Statewide Resource Sharing program

  *   Activity Report - ILS maintenance fee
  *   Activity Report - Vendor management of system (catalog, delivery, etc.)
  *   Activity Report - Delivery (Match funds)

I don't think I would break up ILL by where it is happening - I agree with your break down, which is similar to mine.

Hello besties,
I'm trying to figure out how to report LSTA $$ used for ILL. In my previous location this was not something we did with LSTA funds.
In NJ we have expenses for deliveries and last year's report has separate activities (4) for physical delivery, in-state ILL, out-of-state ILL, and a major university that is subcontracted to provide ILL from their collection(s).  There is also a contract with for software for participating libraries, which wasn't included in any activity. So, four activities in the project, but no activity that included this six-figure software contract.
My inclination is to regroup this as three activities

  *   ILL loans
  *   Contracts for services (software and University fulfillments)
  *   Delivery
Thoughts? Advice?
