[lstac] Vehicle log

Good Morning!

I am doing some monitoring visits this week and a question came up that I am uncertain about.  They were asking about mileage for a library vehicle  to perform visits to locations and how to best account for that.  We don't have a courier service or something similar that is funded with LSTA so this concept is new for me.    What type of log do you like to see for something like this?  Because it would be a predetermined set of locations the library thought it would be easy to say to xx roundtrips to location A and yy roundtrips to location B where the miles to locations A and B are preset.  I mentioned a log where the odometer reading is entered as a possibility.  (They have a log already, but would need to add the odometer).

What do y'all see as best for something like this?
