[lstac] Does anyone else use service agreements?

Hello everyone!

We're changing a lot of the State Library's processes for grant awards and how we handle certain projects, which now may include service agreements between the Alaska State Library and our partners.  However, the example of a service agreement given doesn't work for what we're planning on doing.  Does anyone else use service agreements and could you please share your forms with me?
