To keep up with grant opportunities to publicize to our libraries, I look
at:

Philanthropy News Digest RFPs - https://philanthropynewsdigest.org/rfps

I subscribe to GrantStation Insider -

And, of course, I'm looped into a lot of ALA stuff -- subscribed to their
press releases feed, signed up for Programming Librarian, etc. Anything I
follow of theirs that can get me a lead.

I don't get MUCH from any of these sources individually, but together I can
usually find enough content for a monthly grant opportunities post for our
blog and newsletter.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for. We don't go out and do
additional research in databases, but those are available.
