We have the attached form signed with every grant agreement regarding debarment and suspension as part of their award agreement packet. If a library gets an award every year it gets signed every year and if they get multiple awards in one year it gets signed each time.

The guidance letter<https://imls.gov/sites/default/files/2024-01/fy24grantawardguidance.pdf> from IMLS says this:
FORMS REQUIRED FOR SUBRECIPIENTS
If you make subawards, the subrecipients must comply with all applicable statutes and regulations included in the following certifications and as may be otherwise required by law:
1. Civil Rights - Nondiscrimination
2. Debarment and Suspension
3. Lobbying
4. Internet Safety Certification (if applicable to the grant)
5. Trafficking in Persons
Subrecipients must also acknowledge IMLS (see ACKNOWLEDGING IMLS above).
