[lstac] App period vs. period of performance

That's hard to do, but it is doable.

We've had two programs that included training and performance. The Grantsmanship Academy offered training in one fiscal year and the grant in the following fiscal year.

The other program, Family Place, does both in the same year, but it's a short performance period. See attached.

Hello Everyone,
Does any state have grants where the application period overlaps with the period of performance?  We are looking at getting a training grant up and running where we pay for conferences and CE for librarians in our state.  We'd like the application period and the performance period to last most of the year?  Can anyone send me their guidelines for training grants if they have them?
