Hi Sulin,
We do not collect sample policies, but our affiliate the Massachusetts Library System does. I'm not sure if they have something applicable to your specific examples, but it might be worth a look:

Hi all,
If your SLAA has a physical collection that is available to the public, would you be able to share your collection development policy? We have fairly comprehensive Nevada Collection, but it's mostly non-fiction, and mostly print. Trying to determine how/if fiction and self-published authors fit in and how the collection might align with the Indie Author project, which we are not doing, yet. But might.
Thank you!
Sulin
