[lstac] Programming grants with predefined activities/purchases

Hi Karren,

California offers theme-based grant opportunities, among other opportunities. Although our parameters aren't as tight as I think you're aiming to be with the small grant program you mention, and these aren't exactly programs in a box, they are theme specific and quite dialed in.

In 24-25, our theme-based grant opportunities include:

Is anyone doing a small grant program where libraries select from a list of programs with set activities, a list of allowable purchases for that activity and set outcomes? Kind of a program in a box grant? If you do, I am interested in what programs you selected and especially the purchasing list.

I'm trying to restart our small grant program without having to review 100/150 applications that are all over the place in terms of allowable activities or purchases.
