SD doesn't use LSTA funds or state funds. The libraries in SD pay their own subscriptions. The state library here acts as facilitator between Overdrive and the SD library group.

Subject: [EXT] [lstac] Question re: OverDrive and e-content

Hello, all,
I know this question has been discussed, but I need a refresher. How are you all using LSTA funds to purchase e-content through OverDrive in your state? Or to support the purchase of e-content?

Best,
