That's how I did it too. I actually found Sam.gov a lot easier to use than the old system. For instance, no more hunting around for "zip code +4" for subgrantees because it's already in the system.

I made a cheat sheet because it took me a couple of hours trying to find a video that would walk me through it. Here's what I was able to figure out:


How to Submit a FFATA via Sam.gov<http://sam.gov/>


  *   Sign into Sam.gov<http://sam.gov/>.

  *   Go to Workspace.

  *   Scroll down to subaward reporting

  *   Enter FAIN, grant # from IMLS, i.e., LS-259179-OLS-25 (If you just type in LS all of the previous and current awards appear.

  *   [image.png]


  *   From here, Sam.gov<http://sam.gov/> will walk you through the process.

  *   At the end of submitting one FFATA, click File Another to start over and enter the next entity’s data.

Hi All--



This is just an FYI. A stipulation agreement was made in the Rhode Island case recently that sets the schedule for the lawsuit. The bottom line is that the lawsuit could have a resolution in mid- to late-October.
