[lstac] A hopeful sign?

I thought this was a hopeful sign in that it's the first post from IMLS on LinkedIn in like four months.
It's also a very normal type of post celebrating the kind of work we're used to seeing IMLS do.
Even the quote from Sonderling sounds kind of reasonable.
