We only draw down expended funds, and we usually only draw down quarterly. But that is not an IMLS guideline, but just how TN wants to handle it. Luckily our fiscal office handles the draw downs. I have no idea about the actual guidelines on the mechanics of it.

Are there any drawdown guidelines posted anywhere? Is there an online location where it states clearly what guides one's drawdowns? Is it simply that one can only draw down reimbursements for already expended funds? Sorry for being so clueless here.

Missouri began doing weekly drawdowns after the EO's. Prior to that we did two per month based on our normal payment schedule.
