Hi Melanie,

I'm attaching a previous email that Georgia had passed along to the listserv, where the question was put to IMLS. The takeaway was keep doing what you're doing and we'll let you know if anything changes.

That type of project would fit within priority 5 of G2S and I don't see anything broadly that would be unallowable - mostly just being sure that books were circulating and not given away.

Hi, me again.
My applicants are really giving me trial by fire in my first year! I appreciate their chutzpah in these interesting times...
First the dog, now I have one library requesting funds for materials to start an LGBTQ book club. Can anyone advise on whether or not this would be allowable? My concern is specifically regarding the executive orders issued this year- do the executive orders also affect LSTA subgrants?
