[lstac] Five-Year Evaluation Project Plans or Process

Hello all,

Happy Friday!

This will be my first year assisting my agency with the five-year plan
evaluation. I was hoping to develop a plan for the different steps needed
to complete the evaluation. Does anyone have a project plan or process that
they could share? All I have from my predecessor is a presentation
they gave to our stakeholders and the evaluation itself. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
