[lstac] Purchasing E-books with LSTA - Perpetual vs Metered Licenses

Hi, all,

I'm wondering if any of you might be willing to share your thoughts or current practices regarding the use of LSTA funds to pay for metered versus perpetual licensed e-books. We've always preferred perpetual licenses but those seem to be a rare option these days.
