The Kids' FIRST Board is seeking a person with strong leadership and organizational / non-profit management skills  who can assist the board in moving the organization from the current Lane County/non-profit partnership governing structure to a standalone non-profit.  You will have the privilege of working with a highly talented and self-directed team of professionals.
