[MyOEBB] OEBB 12-month Waiting Period Notifications Mailed Oct.18

[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Business Managers - 

 

On Monday, October 18, 2010, letters were mailed to OEBB members who
have at least one person on their dental and/or vision coverage who are
subject to the 12-month waiting period due to adding coverage at Open
Enrollment. A copy of the template letter is attached for your
reference.

 

Please note that the individuals identified in the letter could have the
waiting period applied to dental only, vision only, or both dental and
vision. 

 

Per the instructions in the letter, members who experienced a QSC during
the Open Enrollment period and would like to request the waiting period
be waived, need to submit an appeal directly to OEBB no later than
October 29, 2010.
