[MyOEBB] MyOEBB Open Enrollment Reports

[MyOEBB system updates]

Good Afternoon,

 

As part of the continual improvement to the MyOEBB system we have added
a new feature called "Report Mart". You will find this new feature on
the left hand navigation of the MyOEBB Admin Module. Report Mart will
enable you to run reports that have been designed to assist you in your
administrative tasks.  Below is a list of reports that may help you
through this open enrollment time period. 

 

*         "Entity Plan Selection", this report is intended to be a tool
for you to use during the plan selection period and open enrollment. 

 

*         "No Medical Dental or Vision", use this report to identify
subscribers who's plans have ended either because the Entity did not
select that plan this plan year or because OEBB ended the plan based on
plan change decisions made by the Oregon Educators Benefit Board. 

 

*         "Entity Salary Report", this report lists all eligible
subscribers and their current salary and future salaries. If a
subscriber does not have a salary the subscriber is listed with no
salary. 

 

*         "Subscriber Lock Out", this report will list any subscribers
who have an account that is currently locked.  

 

*         "Entity Subscriber Address", this report lists the residential
and mailing address the subscriber has listed in the system.  

 

*         Please see the attached document for instruction on how to
access and navigate through Report Mart. 

 

We will be designing new reports and adding them to Report Mart.  Please
check the link often for new reports. You are welcome to send your
suggestions and/or comments about the reports to 
OEBB.Reports at state.or.us.
