[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents & Benefits Administrators:

 

On Monday, August 22 we will be mailing postcards to all OEBB members currently enrolled in a medical, dental and/or vision plan which will not be available to them in the 2011-12 plan year. You can review the postcard on the “Entity Resources <http://www.oregon.gov/OHA/OEBB/entity/eeResources.shtml#2011_12_Benefits___Quick_Links> ” page of our website. Some notes about this mailing:

*	This postcard will not be sent to members whose employment terminates September 30, 2011 or earlier, only to those members with active employment records on October 1, 2011. 
*	Each employee will only receive one postcard, even if they have multiple plans ending (e.g., medical and dental).
*	The data for this mailing was pulled prior to Open Enrollment, so some members may have already logged in this week and enrolled in a new plan for 2011-12. In that case, the member can disregard the postcard. It is simply meant to be a friendly reminder for those who have not done so yet.
