[MyOEBB] OEBB Annual Member Survey to be launched Wed. 11/9

[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents & Benefits Administrators:

 

We plan on sending the attached messages (dates indicated within the
document) to all OEBB members with an e-mail address in the MyOEBB
system, using personal e-mail if available, or work e-mail if no
personal e-mail is available. If a member has no e-mail address in the
MyOEBB system, they will not receive a notification from OEBB about the
survey, but may access it via a link on the OEBB website homepage. This
link will be published Wednesday when the survey is launched.

 

If you know of employees who do not have e-mail addresses in the MyOEBB
system, we would appreciate your help in communicating the availability
of the survey to them and encouraging their participation.

 

We realize the timing of this survey coincides with the phone survey on
member health we told you about last week. We apologize for any
inconvenience or confusion this may cause. Both are extremely important
and shifting the timing for either would affect our ability to address
any issues and/or get data at the appropriate time for decisions. We
appreciate your understanding and any support you can offer your
employees.

 

Please let us know if you have any concerns about the attached messages,
or if you need anything from us to help respond to questions you
anticipate getting from your employees.
