[MyOEBB] MyOEBB System is Down

[MyOEBB system updates]

Each month it is necessary to take the MyOEBB system down to run the
monthly invoicing process.  This process normally can be completed over
night.  Unfortunately, during open enrollment the number of records the
system has to process greatly increases which slows down the procedure.
We are anticipating the process will be completed by 2:00 p.m. PST today
(September 1st).  At that time the MyOEBB system should be available.
We are sorry if this has caused you any inconvenience.
