[MyOEBB system updates]

Hello,

 

Thanks to all of you for a successful open enrollment period.  Wow, over
the last month we have processed over 40,000 open enrollment changes.
OEBB wants to ensure these changes reach our carriers timely so they are
able to update records for coverage starting October 1st.

 

OEBB will be putting both the MyOEBB Admin and Member Modules under
system maintenance to process our open enrollment HIPAA files using the
below schedule.  Each of the below processes will take approximately 5
to 6 hours.

 

*         Today, September 16th starting at 10 A.M. 

*         Saturday, September 17th starting at 12 A.M. (midnight)

*         Saturday, September 25th starting at 12 A.M. (midnight)

*         Friday, September 30th starting at 8 P.M. (end of the month
maintenance)
