NOTICE OF MEMBER COMMUNICATION GOING OUT NEXT WEEK



As most of you know, OEBB is offering a new team-based worksite wellness program, Healthy Team Healthy U, to all educational entity employees enrolled in an OEBB medical plan as of October 1, 2013.



We wanted to let you know a few days in advance that we are planning to send out an email communication with additional information about this program to all employees who are enrolled in an OEBB medical plan and have a valid work and/or home email address in MyOEBB.  (Since HTHU is a work-site based program, we do not plan to send this message to early retirees.)



We hope to send the message pasted below on or about Tuesday, October 8, 2013.

Dear OEBB Member:

Congratulations!  More than half of you signed up to participate in Healthy Futures!  We just wanted to let you know that beginning October 1, 2013, you can sign up for the team-based worksite wellness program, Healthy Team Healthy U.  Healthy Team Healthy U can be used to meet BOTH of your wellness actions under Healthy Futures, but you don’t even have to participate in Healthy Futures to join Healthy Team Healthy U. Anyone enrolled in an OEBB medical plan can participate at NO COST!
