[MyOEBB] Reminders for Open Enrollment Clean Up/Requests

Hello,
Here are just a few reminders for clean up/requests after open enrollment:
1. Please ask member to get Affidavit's of Domestic Partnership completed. OEBB usually requests these forms back from members within 5 days of enrollment in MyOEBB Member Module or a signed and dated enrollment form. You can find a list of outstanding Affidavit's under "Home Page Alerts".
2. Also, under "Home Page Alerts" you can find a list of unsaved enrollments from MyOEBB Member Module. This means the member went in to MyOEBB Member Module during open enrollment and selected plans but forgot to do the final step of saving their enrollment. So, they will not have selected coverage starting October 1, 2013. As an entity, you may save these enrollments after contacting each members and getting a signed and dated enrollment form, or getting the member to sign and date a printed copy of the benefit summary.
3. We understand many entities still do manual enrollments for their employees. During this time period members make significant changes to their enrollments such as verifying dependents, participating in Healthy Futures and naming beneficiaries. As a safe guard for both the entity and member, OEBB strongly encourages each entity make sure they have either a signed and dated enrollment form for each line of coverages, or a signed and dated benefit summary from each of these members.
4. This is the time of year when many members ask for or anticipate receiving new insurance cards. Normally, the carrier does not send out new cards unless this is a new enrollment (new hires, move from Kaiser to Moda or vice versa), name change, address or DOB change. If the member is requesting an additional card, or cards, please have them contact the carrier.
