[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents & Benefits Administrators:

We have a number of exciting announcements regarding programs employees can participate in to satisfy their "two wellness actions" requirement for OEBB's Healthy Futures program. Although we hope that every covered employee and spouse/domestic partner will choose to participate in Healthy Futures for 2014, they don't have to participate in Healthy Futures to benefit from these programs. Please take a moment to read through the following program enhancements and share them with your employees.

Weight Watchers Program Improvements

1)      NO MORE CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENT for Online Subscription and E-Tools

This enhancement has been in the works since OEBB first added Weight Watchers as a covered benefit back in 2010, so we are very proud to say it has finally become a reality!

2)      E-Tools now available at no cost to Weight Watchers participants in Southwestern Oregon (Lane, Douglas, Coos, Curry, Jackson and Klamath Counties)

Due to differing franchise agreements, members in these counties previously had to pay out-of-pocket for access to E-Tools, a convenient online/mobile tool to assist participants in researching and tracking PointsPlus values. Weight Watchers has now made it possible for participating OEBB members in these counties to access this application at no cost.

3)      Improved Online Subscription Renewal Process

Healthy Team Healthy U

Eligibility expanded to include anyone covered on an OEBB medical plan age 18 and over

OEBB members can now form a team with one or more eligible family members (must be 18 or older and enrolled on an OEBB medical plan) so everyone can learn and grow healthier together!

Oregon School Employee Wellness Conference
