[MyOEBB system updates]

We wanted to let you know that the July 21, 2014, Towers Watson webinar providing the latest updates on the ACA was recorded and is available on the OEBB website at:
http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Pages/HealthCareReform.aspx#Towers_Watson_Presentations/Webinars.  The slides used for the presentation are available at that link as well.  Since that presentation, we understand the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has released draft forms for the reporting requirements, but the draft instructions were not included with the forms. The instructions are expected to be issued sometime in August 2014 and we will arrange for another webinar on the reporting requirements once there is enough information to add value for you.

We also wanted to remind you of all of the information available on the OEBB website relating to the ACA. There are sample notices for all of your newly hired employees, Q&A's on several subjects, information on the PCORI fee and a link to the six bulletins Towers Watson has prepared for OEBB participating entities.
