The latest Spotlight on Healthcare Reform Bulletin by Towers Watson has been posted to the OEBB website:

This fifth bulletin reviews the recently-released final regulations for the Shared Responsibility provision of the ACA. In particular, this bulletin highlights changes from the previous proposed regulations. In response to these changes, we have removed the links to the previous four bulletins and will soon replace them with revised versions reflecting the most current information.
