This is just a reminder about today's webinar BIE meeting at 10 a.m. The agenda has not changed since it was originally sent out last week, other than to note the "attachments" relating to certain items. Those documents are attached to this email.

Dear Benefits Administrators, Business Managers, and Premium Contacts:
Attached please find the agenda for this month's Benefits Information Exchange (BIE) Meeting/Webinar which occurs on the third Thursday of each month from 10 a.m. to noon. (No meetings in August or September, due to Open Enrollment.) This month's meeting will be held today, March 20, 2014, 10 a.m. - noon. See log-in details below in the "How" section.
We try to record each meeting, although technical difficulties do occasionally occur. It's best to participate as it's happening live, if possible, so you can ask questions and contribute to the discussion, but if you are unable to attend or want to review details afterwards, please send an email to: jackie.cowsill at state.or.us<mailto:jackie.cowsill at state.or.us> to request a link to the recording.

What: OEBB's Benefits Information Exchange (BIE) Group Meeting - agenda attached
When: Thursday, March 20, 2014 (10 a.m. - noon) - third Thursday of each month, 10 a.m. - noon (no meetings August or September)
Where: Join from any computer via iLinc webinar
Who & Why: The purpose of the BIE Group is to facilitate improved communication between OEBB and participating educational entities. All interested entity representatives (business managers, benefit representatives, payroll staff, IT staff, etc.) are welcome to attend either in person or via the iLinc webinar. Please share this invitation with any appropriate coworkers who may not be on our listserv. Typical agenda items include a recap of that month's board meeting, a walk-through of one or two reports in Report Mart, and updates on upcoming MyOEBB system modifications and member communications. We also invite questions and suggestions on any topics you would like to discuss.
