This hard-copy postcard will be mailed USPS to all members who selected the “Email” communications preference in MyOEBB. The card instructs them to watch their email for their OE Materials.

To be postmarked July 27, to be received by members the last week in July.

This hard-copy postcard will be mailed USPS to all members who selected the “USPS” communications preference in MyOEBB as well as those who did not select a preference. The card instructs them to watch their email for their OE Materials.

A supply of posters (hard copies 18” x 30”, both designs) will be mailed to each entity benefits administrator to be displayed in common areas before and during the Open Enrollment period.

Personalized letter to each benefits-eligible employee or retiree detailing the specific plans available to them. To be delivered via email if the member selected that preference in MyOEBB, otherwise to be mailed hard copy if member selected USPS preference or no preference.

Members receiving their information via email will all receive a link to the full Kaiser booklet showing all plans. Those receiving hard copies will receive the booklet most appropriate for their plan options.
Kaiser Version – Anyone with at least one Kaiser plan available.
Non-Kaiser Synergy/Summit Version – Anyone with no Kaiser plans available, but at least one Synergy/Summit plan available.
Moda Only Statewide Version – Anyone with no Kaiser or Synergy/Summit plans available.

This hard-copy postcard will be mailed USPS to all benefits-eligible employees and retirees, reminding them to log in and enroll in benefits for 2015-16.
