This is our first time providing a document of this type, and we hope you find it a convenient, easy-to-understand summary that helps explain this year's changes.

This is not a comprehensive document, and it does not include all renewal details.

Comprehensive rate and plan design documents will be delivered to you directly via email and posted to the OEBB website within five business days. We appreciate your patience as we create these important documents and carefully review them to ensure their accuracy.

The OEBB Board made these plan changes based on a number of factors, including:

*         feedback from you on choice and quality,

*         OEBB's attempt to streamline plan offerings while being price sensitive, and

*         being proactive in a quickly changing health care market while also adhering to federal mandates.
