[MyOEBB] Preview of message going to select OEBB members

INFORMATIONAL ONLY - NO ACTION NEEDED

Dear Superintendents, Business Managers, and Benefits Administrators:

The attached message will be sent tomorrow to a randomly selected sample of OEBB members who may be contacted by Oregon Public Health to participate in the BSSE health survey. The attached message provides more details about the survey and provides the caller ID information used, so members will recognize the legitimacy of the survey and the organization calling.

Not all selected members will be contacted, but they have the potential to be contacted, so we want to assure them that the survey is legitimate and if they choose to participate, their responses will be kept confidential.

You do need to take any action. This is simply a preview of the message for your reference in case a member approaches you with questions.
