[MyOEBB] BIE Meeting Agenda/Schedule/Registration for 2016-17

[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Benefits Administrators, Business Managers, and Premium Contacts:

We listened to your feedback and made a number of improvements for this year's BIE (Benefits Information Exchange) Meetings, such as:


*         Earlier in the month - to better accommodate payroll processing schedules

*         Improved audio and visuals - Webinar-only format (no in-room attendance) using headsets, sharing webcams, and supporting visuals/slides

*         Shorter length - 1 hour maximum

*         Starting promptly at 10:00 - no more buffer time for technical issues (we think we have it dialed in now -- fingers crossed)

*         Brief recaps/highlights - to draw your attention to important points without repeating details available elsewhere

*         Separate training webinars - We'll host topic-specific webinars throughout the year to provide trainings on various processes and reports, so you can tune in to those you need and skip those you don't. Recordings will be made available for later reference.

We hope these changes improve the overall experience and accessibility of these meetings and provide added value while requiring less of your time. Please see the invitation below for the registration link and full schedule. This month's agenda is attached.

OEBB's BIE (Benefits Information Exchange) Meeting

Join us for this year's webinar meeting series -- one registration covers all ten meetings for the plan year (Oct 2016 - July 2017). Tune in to as many or as few as you are able.

The purpose of OEBB's BIE Meeting is to facilitate communication between OEBB and participating employers. All interested employer representatives (business managers, benefit representatives, payroll staff, IT staff, etc.) are welcome to attend.
