[MyOEBB] Fitness Rewards Update and Participant Notification Letter

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents & Benefits Administrators:

In their public meeting this past Tuesday, the OEBB Board voted to end the Fitness Rewards program effective September 30, 2016, and set a deadline of November 15, 2016 for submission of 2015-16 reimbursement request forms.

OEBB will mail the attached notification letter to Fitness Rewards participants on Tuesday, October 11th.

The Fitness Rewards pages of the OEBB website and associated FAQs have also been updated to reflect this new information. http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Pages/OEBB-Fitness-Rewards.aspx
