[MyOEBB] Reminder and quick apology re:OEBB's 2016 Employer Survey (available until Nov. 2)

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents, and Benefits Administrators:
Last Wednesday I sent out the invitation below and quickly discovered there was a programming glitch in the survey that didn't allow you to select the same response more than once within a question. Thanks to those who reported the problem so quickly, we got it resolved within the first 30 minutes (9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. October 19th), but we did receive 24 responses before the error was corrected.
If you responded within those first 30 minutes and feel you weren't able to respond accurately due to the error, I hope you will please retake the survey (those who haven't done so already) and type "RETAKE" in the comments so we know we have received accurate responses from those affected.
