RE:                  Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for OAR chapter 111 - Divisions 2, 40, 50, 65 and 80

OEBB is proposing to permanently amend Oregon Administrative Rules.

Division 2, Powers of the Board - Clean-up of rule language
Division 40, Enrollment, Active Eligible Employees - Amendments clarify OEBB policy and processes that are currently in place and clean-up of rule language
Division 50, Continuation of Coverage - Clean-up of rule language
Division 65, OEBB Administration of Early Retiree Groups - Clean-up of rule language
Division 80, Operations - Amendments and adoption of rule language clarify OEBB policy and processes that are currently in place and clean-up of rule language

You are being invited to review these proposed rules and to comment on them. If you wish to present oral testimony, a public hearing will be held in Salem, Oregon at 500 Summer Street NE, room 137B, on May 23, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. You may also file written comments before close of business on May 31, 2017 to the OEBB Rules Coordinator at the following address:

Final rules will be filed after consideration of all comments and after Board approval. Any comments received after May 31, 2017 will not be reviewed or considered by OEBB unless OEBB decides to extend the public comment period to everyone.
