[MyOEBB] Healthy Futures Retro Term Report in Document Management

Good Morning


During open enrollment many of your members agreed to participate in Healthy Futures.  Part of this participation requirement was to complete their personal Health Assessment with either Moda or Kaiser between August 15, 2017 and October 15, 2017.


OEBB processed a retro term of members agreeing to complete their Health Assessments between August 15th and October 15th but according to our records have not met that requirement.  We have provided a report in your Document Management showing only those members that said they would participate in Healthy Futures but did not complete the Health Assessment requirement.


What this retro term means is members were placed back into the normal deductible/co-pay medical plan effective October 1, 2017.  The member may be liable for co-pays or met deductibles during the month of October.  This change does not affect their premiums or coverage.
