[MyOEBB] "Heads-Up" email going to select OEBB members re: SIM Survey

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents, and Benefits Administrators:

It's apparently "survey season" ... OEBB has been asked by our parent organization, the Oregon Health Authority, to participate in the State Innovation Models (SIM) Initiative evaluation, which includes sending a survey about healthcare in Oregon to a randomly selected group of OEBB members.

I realize we just asked you and the rest of our OEBB members to complete our annual customer service surveys (those ended yesterday and are now closed), and prior to that we were reminding members who agreed to participate in Healthy Futures to complete their Health Assessment by October 15th (which could feel like a survey). This next request will be yet another, different, survey conducted by an outside group, RTI International.

Not all OEBB members will be asked to complete the SIM Survey ... a smaller group of approximately 25,000 were randomly selected for participation. I will be sending the attached "heads-up" email to just those selected members later this afternoon, letting them know who RTI International is and that we encourage them to participate.

I apologize in advance for any confusion this may cause for the selected OEBB Members. We only had so much wiggle room in the timing of the SIM Survey and had to negotiate with them to avoid overlapping timelines with our other surveys/assessments. Thank you in advance for your understanding and any assistance you can provide to members who may ask about it.
