This letter will be mailed USPS to those members without a valid email in the MyOEBB system confirming their enrollments were successfully saved and providing URLs to online health assessments and federally required notices. (Most members received this information via email during Open Enrollment, so hard copies are only going to the small subset who did not have a valid email address in the system.)

Required Notices Letter - Enrollments NOT Saved<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Communications/2017-PostOE-Letter-No-Saved-Enrollments.pdf>

This letter will be mailed USPS to those members who did NOT save their enrollments in the MyOEBB system during Open Enrollment, notifying them they have no OEBB medical, dental, or vision coverage for the 2017-18 plan year, and providing URLs to federally required notices.

Health Assessment Reminder Letter<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Communications/2017-HA-Reminder-Letter.pdf>

This letter will be mailed USPS to all members who enrolled in a Healthy Futures plan, regardless of whether they have completed their health assessment or not, reminding them of the health assessment requirement and deadline.

Dental 12-Month Wait Letter<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Communications/2017-Dental-12-Month-Wait-Letter.pdf>

This letter will be mailed USPS to all members who have at least one individual enrolled on their OEBB dental plan who is subject to the 12-month waiting period for the 2017-18 plan year. The letter lists the individuals subject to the waiting period and explains how to appeal it if they experienced a QSC.
