RE:                  Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for OAR chapter 111 - Divisions 10, 30, 40 and 70

OEBB is proposing to permanently amend Oregon Administrative Rules. The proposed rulemaking amendments to Division 10, Division 30, Division 40 and Division 70 are to clarify current OEBB processes and address changes related to the new benefit plan year.

You are being invited to review these proposed rules and to comment on them. If you wish to present oral testimony, a public hearing will be held in room 137B at 500 Summer Street NE, Salem, Oregon, on January 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. You may also file written comments before close of business on January 31, 2019 to the OEBB Rules Coordinator at the following address:

Final rules will be filed after consideration of all comments and after Board approval. Any comments received after January 31, 2019 will not be reviewed or considered by OEBB unless OEBB decides to extend the public comment period to everyone.
