[MyOEBB] MyOEBB Open Enrollment Update - Correcting Open Enrollment Errors - Selecting a PCP 360 with Moda

Good Morning

I hope this open enrollment season was successful for everyone.  As of the close of open enrollment, we had 57,081 enrollments complete in MyOEBB.  We still have several Community Colleges actively in open enrollment until this Friday.  OEBB received 6,953 calls during this open enrollment and thousands (we haven’t counted them yet) of emails. 😊

We now enter the clean up portion of open enrollment so I wanted to take this time to remind you of a few important guidelines noted below.  Please remember, we want to make sure everyone has the coverages they need and our goal should be to work together on this common goal.


  *   Entities are able to fix open enrollment errors/issues using the open segment under Enrollment Management in the Admin Module through September 30th.  You do not have to use a QSC to fix any open enrollment errors/issues.  But, please use a QSC if the member is experiencing a QSC (marriage, birth, divorce, etc.).


  *   From October 1st to October 31st, entities are able to use the “Correcting Processing Errors” QSC to fix errors/issues.  Please make sure any open enrollment errors/issues are fixed to October 1, 2019 since that is the start of the plan year.


  *   Please do not send members to OEBB with open enrollment errors/issues at this time.  Please fix them on your end until October 31, 2019.


  *   OEBB will take appeals dealing with non-OE issues at any time of year.


  *   Open enrollment errors/issues brought to your attention starting November 1st should be sent to OEBB as an appeal.


Lastly, members do need to watch their mail from Moda as this will guide membership on how to set up their PCP 360, their coordinated care status, etc.  Here are some tips:


  *   Members need to wait 10 business days from their enrollment or enrollment change in MyOEBB to set up their PCP 360 with Moda.  This is due to file processing time from OEBB to Moda.

  *   Members do not need to do anything if they wish to choose or remain in non-coordinated care.  For example, I have had members calling wanting to change their answer for coordinated care in MyOEBB from YES to NO.  They don’t need to do this because if they don’t choose a PCP 360, Moda will automatically put them in non-coordinated care.

  *   Members that answered NO to coordinated care in MyOEBB can change that choice by calling Moda at 1-866-923-0409 or by logging into their MyModa account and updating their choice.  Remember, they need to wait at least 10 business days from their enrollment for Moda to recognize their 2019-20 enrollment.

  *   Members wanting to set up a PCP 360 can make that choice by calling Moda at 1-866-923-0409 or by logging into their MyModa account and choosing a PCP 360 .  Remember, they need to wait at least 10 business days from their enrollment for Moda to recognize their 2019-20 enrollment.

  *   Members can access Moda Find Care at the link below:

Follow these steps:

  1.  Members need to search as a guest under the Connexus network.

  1.  On the next screen select PCP 360 under Type

  1.  Lastly, look the PCP 360 symbol associated with your provider.
