[MyOEBB] OEBB Open Enrollment 2019-20

Hello

As we move closer to another end of a successful open enrollment I wanted to take a few moments to remind you of a couple important pieces of information:


  1.  About 75% of our subscribers have completed their enrollments as of this morning.

  2.  OEBB offices will be closed this Saturday and Sunday (September 14th & 15th).

  3.  Moda will be ready to accept members PCP 360 selections about 10 days after they do their enrollments in MyOEBB. The delay is due to files being processed from OEBB to Moda.

  4.  Members can select their PCP 360 with Moda by either calling Moda at 1-866-923-0409 or making with selection in their MyModa account.

  5.  Members need to watch their mail they receive from Moda over the next month as these letters will guide them with the PCP 360 process and let them know their coordinated care status.

  6.  New Hires with a coverage effective start date of 8/1 or 9/1 may still have to do open enrollment as their 2018-19 Moda medical plans expire in our system and they will be without a medical plan if they fail to do open enrollment.

  7.  You can lock our your membership by following the instructions below:
Mass Lock Out
Your entity may want to shut down OE earlier than September 15th.  Here's what you need to do and know.

  *   You have to lock everyone out; you can't just lock out one employee group (unless you want to do it manually :().
  *   You have to communicate the new deadline to your employees and OEBB.  OEBB will not communicate this deadline to your employees but it will help our staff understand their situation if they call us.
  *   You can lock your entity out in MyOEBB by selecting Security Setup, Mass Lock, enter OE Deadline and Date.


  1.  You can reset your memberships password by following the instruction below:

You can reset Passwords for your employees using either of these two methods in the MyOEBB admin module:
Security Setup-Administrator-Reset Password twice-Save
Member Management-View/Modify Members-Reset Password twice-Save
