[MyOEBB] OEBB/PEBB Double Coverage Surcharge Report Available

OEBB now has a Double Coverage Surcharge Report available for your review in your Document Management.  You will only have this report IF you  have someone that has double medical coverage under OEBB and/or PEBB.  If you do not have the report it means you don't have anyone that has this type of double coverage at this time.  This report is for your information right now.

Remember, here's what you need to know about this surcharge:

  *   Starts October 1, 2020
  *   $5 per month per subscriber (the most a subscriber will pay is $60 per plan year)
  *   Only for full-time employees (part-time, early retirees and COBRA not included)
  *   Only for medical double coverage for spouse/DP and/or child (if child is also a subscriber under OEBB or PEBB)
  *   This surcharge will show up on your monthly invoice
