[MyOEBB] MyOEBB System Down Today Due to Pre-OE Rollover

[MyOEBB system updates]

Hello

MyOEBB will be down today and again on Friday, August 14th for our pre-OE system rollovers.  We should have the system back up around 4 today.

During rollover we will:

  *   Mass enroll members in mandatory and basic optional plans
  *   Clear Medicare "No" answers
  *   Clear the DEV "Yes" and "No"
  *   Terminate all healthcare plans as of 9/30/2020 and re-enroll in the same plans as of 10/1/2020 (if your entity dropped a plan then this member will have to do open enrollment to choose another plan)
  *   If your entity kept the same plans but only changed rate structures we will terminate healthcare plans as of 9/30/2020 and re-enroll in the same plan/different rate structure as of 10/1/2020
  *   Members that were enrolled in a "Select" plan will now be enrolled in a "Traditional" plan as of 10/1/2020
  *   We will adjust age brackets on optional life plans as needed
  *   OEBB will provide reports in your Document Management which will show anyone missing a medical, dental and/or vision plan after rollover
  *   OEBB will provide reports in your Document Management which will show all members mass enrolled in a mandatory or basic plan
