Here is what OEBB has planned:


  *   Mandatory OE begins August 15

Mandatory Open Enrollment begins August 15

You probably know this, but it doesn't hurt to repeat it ... Yes, Open Enrollment is MANDATORY this year. That means all OEBB subscribers will be required to log in to the MyOEBB system (OEBBenroll.com<http://www.OEBBenroll.com>) and make medical, dental and vision plan selections to have coverage for the 2021-22 plan year. Optional plans will carry forward unless the member changes them.

Benefits Fairs

In past years, OEBB provided an online form to help you invite carriers and wellness partners to your in-person Benefits Fairs.

Due to the pandemic, OEBB did not offer this form/service in 2020. Although things are starting to open up, everyone's health and safety is still our top concern. To stay on the safe side, we are continuing the same practice for 2021 and will NOT be providing an online form for event coordination this year.

If you want to hold an event for your employees, either virtual or in-person, you can invite carriers and wellness partners directly using the contacts below:

You'll see in the next section, we have plenty of communications planned for members, so you don't NEED to host a special event for your employees. This is just meant to help you if you CHOOSE to host your own event, in addition to what OEBB offers.



OEBB Communications to Members

OEBB will still host our usual webinars for members in August (schedule still TBD). These webinars will cover all the plans OEBB offers. The presentation videos, slides, and handouts will also be available "on demand" on the OEBB website, so members can access the specific information they want, when they want it.

We're still developing a lot of the pieces, but you can see the schedule and how/when we plan to send them. As each piece gets finalized, you will be able to click each one to see a preview. This page also shows when we pull the address data for each piece, so as you enter new hires, you'll know whether or not they were included in that specific mailing.
