[MyOEBB] How is your entity doing with open enrollment?

Hello

We are just entering week 3 of open enrollment and have about 22,000 enrollments completed in MyOEBB.  That's about 1/3 of our subscriber population.  Please make sure you are encouraging your employees to get in and enroll of they will find themselves without coverage October 1st.  Open enrollment is mandatory this year so please communicate this to your employees.

Here are some reports to help you determine if your employees have the coverages they need and when they were last in MyOEBB:


  *   Your entity receives a report daily that tells you which employees don't have medical, dental or vison?  This report called "No MED DNT VIS" will give you a clue of who hasn't completed open enrollment but it might also just show you someone that didn't take vision.  This report is dropped in your Document Management each day.


  *   MyOEBB also offers a repot you can generate at any time and is immediately put into your Document Management.  This report is called "Subscriber Open Enrollment Activity Report" and can be found under Reports and then almost down to the bottom of the report offerings.  You can look at the last date your employees were in MyOEBB.
